Vocational and further training at Ford involves a long and decent tradition. Since the foundation of the Ford Aus- und Weiterbildung e.V. in 1993, the company locally implements the educational programs for its employees, at its suppliers as well as for its external clients.
Our aim is to offer an ideal educational proposition. We further provide demand-oriented consultancy and effective coaching for your employees and your company.
The FAW is responsible for a vocational training at the Ford-Werke as well as its Joint Ventures in Cologne and Saarlouis.

we can fastly adapt to the demans of our different target groups. In this way, a high quality standard can be guarenteed — since march 1997 the FAW is ISO 9001 certified.
In addition, we are an authorized institution for the support of further vocational training according to§10 AZAV.
